The purpose of the position is to manage the staffing requirements for a growing call centre (450 seats).
Responsibilities include :
Sourcing of staff (permanent and temporary)
Create and implement systems, policies and procedures
Interviewing of candidates
Assessing candidates
Develop and manage the database of resources and cv's
Manage temporary resources with call centre team leaders
Get involved in IR related functions
Manage an administrator
Manage motivational levels
*Recruitment Assistant/Administrator – Randburg (R10K + benefits)*
The purpose of this position is to assist the recruitment manager with all resourcing requirements in a contact centre environment.
Responsibilities include :
Maintaining and updating the database of all resources, including cv's
Datacapturing
Ensure that all verification checks are done
Do reference checks
Arrange and co-ordinate interviews and assessments
Booking of appointments
Assist with conducting interviews if necessary
All administrative functions
*Training and Development Specialist / Facilitator – Randburg (R20K)*
Full responsibility for establishing all training processes and procedures for a call centre environment
Quality assurance duties (call centre related
Responsible for development assessment plans and doing assessments on call centre staff aligned to training and unit standards
Responsible for training and development plans on a strategic and operational level
Responsible for facilitating all training sessions, including induction
Updating all training material to keep in line with business needs and latest training
Develop training material aligned to appropriate unit standards
Develop internal learnerships
Get involved in all aspects of skills development
Accredited assessor in Call Centre
Solid training experience in a call centre environment
Experience Developing Call Centre Training Material, as well as other soft skills training material according to specified and relevant unit standards an absolute requirement

*Microsoft Channel Manager (Portuguese speaking)*
This position requires someone proficient with the Portuguese language
Responsibilities include :
Maintaining vendor relationships
Inventory management
Brand planning
Price modelling
Product sales training
Research industry and sales data
Determine target markets
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with business contacts, third parties and trade professionals
Requirements :
4+ years experience as a channel manager or in a combined marketing and sales position
Detailed exposure to Microsoft products and online tools
Strong understanding of products sales and market systems
