Location Cape Town Start Date asap Duration Permanent Job Description The purpose of this position is to lead and manage all activities related to the expansion and consolidation of specific products and services

Responsibilities include :
  • Lead a team of Advisors
  • Develop and embed formal Performance Development
  • Determine and analyse training and development needs
  • Formulate and implement operational action plans and budgets
  • Provide regular feedback to the GM: Commercial International Banking and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and performance against plans and budgets
  • Implement the sales process across all Business Segments
  • Establish suitable business targets and budgets per region
  • Pursue business in all available industry sectors
  • Manage the budget
  • Respond appropriately to all reasonable customer needs and requests
  • Regularly review the risk environment

MUST HAVE A CLEAR RECORD Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Management or Marketing

Membership of a recognised professional bankers institute would be preferable

MBA would be preferable
