Responsibilities:
Ensures that all of the IT services being provided to clients are aligned to the clients needs
Maintain a trustful working relationship with clients, understanding their need to IT services, and managing the introduction of new services, service improvements and eventually service reductions and retirements
Regular and frequent review and realignment of the provisioning of IT services
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of service solutions delivered by IT operations to different clients at varying service levels
Skills Required:
1-2 years IT experience
server experience
SQL an advantage
Qualifications:
Any suitable formal qualification (NDP, BSc, Btech, Bcomm)
Some best practice certification / training (ITIL, Cobit)
Project management (PMBOK, Prince2)
Any suitable technical certifications (MSCE, CCNA)
