Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the learnership program is maintained and monitored
Arranging interviews for HR Manager
Assisting HR Manager with the full HR Function
Ensure that all new employees adjust to their respective division
Maintain staff records
Make sure all inputs get signed off by manager before it goes to payroll
Assist with arranging induction for the month
Skills Required:
Experience in IT environment
Highly computer literate (ms word, powerpoint, excel)
Experience in dealing with the Seta’s and Leanership programs
Training and Development
Workplace skills
Experience in General HR
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification inhuman Resources
2-3 years experience in HR
Diploma/Degree in HR Diploma or Higher
