Job Title: HR Co-ordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the learnership program is maintained and monitored

  • Arranging interviews for HR Manager

  • Assisting HR Manager with the full HR Function

  • Ensure that all new employees adjust to their respective division

  • Maintain staff records

  • Make sure all inputs get signed off by manager before it goes to payroll

  • Assist with arranging induction for the month


Skills Required:


  • Experience in IT environment

  • Highly computer literate (ms word, powerpoint, excel)

  • Experience in dealing with the Seta’s and Leanership programs

  • Training and Development

  • Workplace skills

  • Experience in General HR



Qualifications:


  • Relevant tertiary qualification inhuman Resources

  • 2-3 years experience in HR

  • Diploma/Degree in HR Diploma or Higher
