Responsibilities:
Implement, grow and maintain an applications Operations team capable of supporting numerous clients
Ensure problem resolutions as per performance index
Present monthly management report as prescribed
Present non-conformance issues related to process/service delivered
Lead production and operations teams to continuously deliver service
Present resource requirement in order to achieve client business goals
Integrating newly implemented applications solutions into operations
Improve efficiency of operations team by supporting numerous client sharing a specific solutions area
Improve service level of 3rd parties where involved
Implement a management system to ensure availability of applications
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in Outsourcing Management
Experience in implementing all areas of IT Governance
ITIL Service Management
