Job Description Primary objective is to maintain, develop and increase brand presence and revenue through targeted and focused marketing activities in Italian speaking markets.
Responsibilities include :
* Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new customers
* Develop and implement strategies for retaining & growing the existing customer base (analyse user experience, customer life cycles)
* Identify and develop relationships with Channel partners
* Be responsible for the Brand integrity of the product
* Plan, organize and execute promotions and offers that are specific to Italian speaking countries and markets
* Devise and initiate strategies to convert potential customers to customers
* Devise and implement promotions and initiatives to generate revenue
* Identify and manage VIP relationships
* Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed
* Prepare and communicate regular reports to line management
Requirements
* Must be fluent in Italian
* Senior, experienced marketer
* Web / eCommerce experience advantageous
* Solid negotiation ability / people management / project management skills
* Min 3 to 5 yrs Marketing or Sales Management / Relationship Management experience
* Must be sales and numbers driven with strong analytical skills
* Good interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with international Partners and Clients
* Must be deadline and target driven
* Highly computer literate
Qualifications Degree or similar qualification
