Job Description An eCommerce marketing company requires the services of an Executive Relationship Manager to focus on its high-end client segment. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for a dedicated client segment to drive improved revenues, activity and retention of these clients.
Responsibilities include :
* To host, manage and be the single point of contact for a defined group of VIP Customers and to engender loyalty and value through building long-term relationships with this segment on an individual level.
* Contribute to the strategic direction and operational management of the VIP client segment.
* Specific focus on data quality, profile data collation, development of promotions and gifts/incentives to this client segment and reporting results.
* Focus on improving the overall activity rates and client value within this segment
* Liaising with dedicated Support Agents to achieve top service levels and maintain relationships on a daily basis (inclusive of leveraging the support language skills for International clients whose first language may not be English)
* Activity/success reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) and expense management
* Plan and execute ways to retain clients and increase client value within investment budget constraints – with focus on improving and optimising player value, supported by analysis.
* Develop creative and innovative ideas for promotions to impact key retention and value metrics
* Annual International travel comprises a minimum of 5 trips (this includes any hosted group events). Responsibility extends to planning (confirming itinerary and logistics), pre-budgeting and post-trip budget reconciliation.
Requirements Include :
* Proven client relationship management skills with applicable qualification
* Must speak and write at least 1 European language
* Strong database skills – understanding of database structures; segmentation, etc as well as information management skills
* Results oriented with strong analytical skills
* Web/eCommerce experience preferable – understanding of CRM in eCommerce environments
* Solid process definition; implementation and management skills
* Operations management / project management experience
* Previous experience in managing a team of people
* Strong communication abilities and administrative skills
