The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for managing the events raised in our monitoring application
Do investigations and escalations as required on the events
Managing events
Investigate and resolve or escalate events raised
Feedback in the improvement process
Skills Required:
1-2 years IT experience
server experience
SQL an advantage
Qualifications:
MCSE or IT Degree / Diploma
