Responsibilities:
Managing national key accounts as assigned to him/her by management
Maintaining good client relationships and expectations
Identifying and resolving issues
Creating and maintaining strategic account plans for key accounts as well as account penetration plans
Co-ordinating between client requirements and the products and project management teams
Promoting efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of campaigns by internal teams
The successful account manager will be responsible for any other functions that management may require from time to time
Skills:
Technical background preferably
A proven successful track record in Key Account Management and Sales
Preferable in IT background
Pro-active and service driven
High organised, with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship building and networking skills
