Account Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Managing national key accounts as assigned to him/her by management

  • Maintaining good client relationships and expectations

  • Identifying and resolving issues

  • Creating and maintaining strategic account plans for key accounts as well as account penetration plans

  • Co-ordinating between client requirements and the products and project management teams

  • Promoting efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of campaigns by internal teams

  • The successful account manager will be responsible for any other functions that management may require from time to time


Skills:


  • Technical background preferably

  • A proven successful track record in Key Account Management and Sales

  • Preferable in IT background

  • Pro-active and service driven

  • High organised, with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
