Follow up, monitor and track status of hardware suppliers orders
Prepare quotations and proposals
Assist staff with preparing quotations
Ensure that inventory is invoiced to customer
Inventory management i.e. stock availability, monitoring re-ordering with respective product manager
Skills Required:
Preferably at least one year working experience
Pre-requisite: must be MS-Office, specifically Excl, Word & Outlook
Must possess administrative skills
Ability to work flexible hours on occasions, as and when required
Must be able to work under pressure
IT Telesales experience would be advantageous
