Responsibilities:
Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of area sales and marketing functions
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good business relations with customers and external trade contacts
Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations communication and co-ordination with personnel and management
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Skills:
Training in telephone etiquette and how to sell to customer over the phone
Microsoft licensing advantageous
Hardware sales specialist training advantageous
Understanding of product and competitive conditions
Knowledge of Telesales strategies and techniques
At least years experience in telesales within an IT distribution environment
Must have retail experience
Excellent sales ability
