Design a suite of leadership development
Responsible for ensuring that leadership development opportunities are available and utilised by the firms talent pool

Ability to think creatively to conceptualise new concepts, systems and processes
Trusted advisor in field of expertise
Qualifications:
Minimum Honours Degree in Adult Education / Psychology or other related discipline
