Job Title: Leadership Development Manager

  • Candidate must have 4 years relevant experience (could be HR generalist / assessment centre / leadership development or combination of these)

  • Design a suite of leadership development

  • Responsible for ensuring that leadership development opportunities are available and utilised by the firms talent pool


Skills:


  • Ability to think creatively to conceptualise new concepts, systems and processes

  • Trusted advisor in field of expertise


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Honours Degree in Adult Education / Psychology or other related discipline
