Job Title: Senior Fund Accountant

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for providing financial statements for a portfolio of client funds and to provide an integrated and effective service for client funds by ensuring that accurate record keeping is maintained
Payment of monthly and ad hoc expenses
Reconciliation of bank accounts, contributions, benefits and investments
Co-ordinate and action investments and divestments
Communication with admin / consulting and outside parties
Production of financial statements and cash flows
Qualifications:
Matric with Maths and Accountancy
Minimum 3 years retirement fund accounts experience (including preparation of financial statements)
Computer literate (ms word, ms excel, ms outlook)
Studying towards a recognised accounting diploma or degree having completed 2nd year courses
Certificate of Proficiency
