Responsibilities:


  • The management of the outbound collections call centre as well as continuous service improvement initiatives in order to contribute towards achieving the monthly collection targets and the organisation excellence

  • Performance analysis in respect of 3rd party collection books

  • Maintaining client relationships to ensure that collections performance is in line with the contractual benchmarks

  • Identification of initiatives to improve collections performance

  • Management of client contractual


Skills Required:


  • Analytical ability

  • Quality orientation

  • Balance between interpersonal skills and assertiveness

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Computer literacy (advanced ms excel required, ms access will be advantage)
