Responsibilities:
The management of the outbound collections call centre as well as continuous service improvement initiatives in order to contribute towards achieving the monthly collection targets and the organisation excellence
Performance analysis in respect of 3rd party collection books
Maintaining client relationships to ensure that collections performance is in line with the contractual benchmarks
Identification of initiatives to improve collections performance
Management of client contractual
Skills Required:

Balance between interpersonal skills and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Computer literacy (advanced ms excel required, ms access will be advantage)
