Responsibilities:
Executive team member, occasionally reporting to the board
Drive and manage the entire collection environment which includes a 200 seat call centre, legal division, in-house collection department and outsourced collection partners
Skills:
Must come from debt collection environment
Must understand fee structure and must be able and capable to negotiate these
Must be target driven
Must be assertive
