Responsibilities:
The purpose of this positions is to effectively manage the software development department to ensure that the business plan can be met
Managing software development department
Developing and implementing department
Facilitating business process and procedure improvements
Identifying industry trends
Responsible for quality of the software developed by the team
Skills Required:
In-depth understanding of company’s systems and products
In-depth understanding of software development and design principles
Managed a team of developers for at least 3 years
Minimum of 8 years software development experience
Qualifications:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
